A 4-week introductory programme for anyone new to public speaking or managing presentation anxiety. You’ll learn breathing techniques to calm your nervous system, discover how to project your voice clearly, and practise delivering short structured talks in a supportive small-group environment. Each session runs for 90 minutes, twice weekly.
