How Vocal Confidence Ltd Started

It all began with a simple observation — most people aren’t born with public speaking anxiety. They develop it through bad experiences, lack of guidance, or being thrown into situations unprepared.

We’ve been working with nervous presenters since 2018. What we’ve discovered is that anxiety doesn’t disappear through willpower alone. It dissolves through practice in a safe environment where mistakes don’t feel catastrophic.

Our workshops in Ireland started small — just 4-5 people in a room, learning to breathe properly and structure their thoughts. But something clicked. People weren’t just getting less anxious. They were discovering their authentic speaking voice.

That’s what drives us now. We don’t teach people to become polished robots. We help them become versions of themselves — more confident, more clear, more real.

How We Work

Our Workshop Format Across Ireland

Vocal Confidence Ltd runs regular workshops in small groups. We keep numbers low — never more than 8 participants — so you get individual attention and genuine peer support.

Small Groups

Maximum 8 people per session. You’re not lost in a crowd. Everyone gets airtime, feedback, and genuine support from the group.

Short Structured Talks

You’ll practice giving 3-5 minute presentations. That’s long enough to work on real skills, short enough to not feel overwhelming.

Real-Time Feedback

After each talk, you’ll get specific, actionable feedback on vocal delivery, posture, pacing, and anxiety management. No generic comments.

Regular Attendance

You’ll see the same people week after week. That consistency builds real confidence because you’re working through this journey together.

Personal Focus Areas
